    • In providing medical and nursing care, we respond to the latest expert knowledge supported by evidence-based medicine and evidence-based nursing.
    • We respond to all patient needs and wishes in the provision of healthcare services.
    • As a teaching facility for students, we are involved in the training for the future profession of non-medical and medical health professionals. The hospital participates in the undergraduate training of students of the Department of Medical Studies of the University of Applied Sciences, the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University and the 2nd Medical Faculty of Charles University.

    • Number of unplanned reoperations in the surgical and trauma wards.
    • Number of unplanned rehospitalizations for surgical disciplines.
    • Number of deaths within 30 days in hospitalizations with stroke and cerebral hemorrhage.
    • Number of deaths within 30 days in hospitalizations with a myocardial heart-attack.
    • Number of significant complications of TEP.
    • Number of injuries to the perineum during delivery without the use of an instrument.
    • Complications associated with the administration of anaesthesia.
  • At complement workplaces
    • Department of Clinical Biochemistry, Microbiology and Immunology - monitoring of disagreements in the preanalytical phase arising in the clinical department and at the department.
    • Haematology and Transfusion Department - monitoring non-compliance with pre-analytical sampling requirements.
    • Department of Pathology and Anatomy - number of mammary carcinomas with positive estrogen receptors number of lymph nodes in colorectal cancer.
    • Pharmacy - number of discrepancies in ordering medicines on electronic requisitions, number of errors detected in the preparation of cytostatics.
Quality Improvement Team

The team is appointed by the Director of the Hospital Jihlava and is convened by the Deputy for Quality Management at regular intervals or on the initiative of the members of the Quality Improvement Team.

The main task of the team is to continuously improve the quality and safety of the services provided at the Hospital Jihlava.
