- Patients with permanent residence in polling DISTRICT No. 19, to which Jihlava Hospital belongs, may vote at Jihlava Hospital using a mobile ballot box.

In this case, the patient should inform the medical social worker of their wish to vote (tel. +420 704 984 763, e-mail: musiloval@nemji.cz) no later than 9 October 2026 at 12:00 noon.
- Patients with permanent residence at any other address than those listed above CANNOT vote at Jihlava Hospital!
They may vote in the polling district corresponding to their place of permanent residence.
In this case, the patient must request a temporary leave pass, provided that their state of health allows it and the attending physician approves it.
