The standard inpatient pulmonary department has 20 beds. Six rooms are double or triple rooms with private bathrooms. Three rooms are single rooms also with private bathroom. These single rooms are mainly used to isolate patients during infectious diseases.
Patients with respiratory diseases are admitted to the pulmonary ward for therapeutic and diagnostic reasons.
