The order of transfusion products from the HTU Blood Bank must first be made by phone at tel. 567 157 292 and after agreeing on the number of each TP, please fill out the web TP order form below.
From 1 July 2023, according to the valid Price list , Hospital Jihlava charges a processing fee for the sale of transfusion products.
