let us give you some advice in this difficult situation:

• Bring the ID card, birth certificate and clothing for your family member to the funeral service of your choice. The funeral service will arrange with you the date of the funeral and other services according to your wishes. The funeral service will also take the body of the deceased from the hospital and take care of the arrangements. The death certificate will be issued by the Registry Office within 30 days.
• The cash that the deceased had deposited in the hospital's vault becomes the subject of the inheritance proceedings.
• You are entitled to a time off work with wage compensation under the Work Code if you are related to the deceased or if you are the funeral's commissioner.
